2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Cafy for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Content

Our service allows you to save coffee information, create collections, and store personal notes. You are responsible for the content that you add to the service.

Your use of Cafy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a yearly basis. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, and you can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

9. Disclaimer

The information on Cafy is provided on an "as is" basis. Coffee information, tasting notes, and recommendations are for informational purposes only. Always refer to the actual product packaging for allergen and nutritional information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cafy makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cafy or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Cafy.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
